• Cancellation within 48 hours of payment: eligible for 50% refund (if no content is accessed).

• Cancellation after 3 days: non-refundable.

• Switching to another batch is allowed only once, and subject to management approval.

📖 For Study Material & Books

• Orders once placed cannot be canceled after dispatch.

• Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect deliveries can be exchanged within 3 days.

• Send a photo proof via WhatsApp/Email for resolution.

📩 Refund Process

• Send your refund request with Order ID and payment screenshot to support@gyandhararasacademy.com.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
